Piece written by @AmorousEbony about our PA Experience

This past weekend, I hit the road with my Cre3sol fam on a two city performance/network opp. I had plans of getting familiar with those involved, sharing my craft, and once again vibing with Pittsburgh artists, Jordan of TrackSploitation and DSKinsel. The road to Pittsburgh from Baltimore was about 4hours but the great spirits of my Cre3sol fam, made the ride feel shorter. We vibed on this four hour ride to each other’s music, 70s, 80s, and 90s, favorites and funny stories. I instantly knew that we were sure to have a great time especially since we were already having a great time in each other’s presence. Upon arriving in Pittsburgh I was amazed by the beautiful architecture and the thriving city life! I could not wait to dive in! We were warmly embraced by Jordan, who offered us room and board in his bachelor pad (winks). It was just gorgeous, beautiful art-work everywhere and a space only a true artist could feel. Later that evening, we went to Evolver Tattoo Arts where my Cre3sol fam and myself were given chances to do what we love. The evening went smoothly as other Pittsburgh artists hit the stage, supported my newly launched earring line, and showed Cre3sol love as if we were from their city! I was excited when my chance to perform was presented, I usually have (the nervous bug) before I perform in front of a new crowd (confession), but not on this stage. It was as if I was home, as if I had returned from being away for a very long time. It felt too familiar, too much like I had been there before, and the energy and positive vibes gave me the conclusion; that perhaps I had been there before and I was reconnecting, like old times. The night turned into after hours of connecting, networking, dancing, (getting our grub on) and retreating to our places to catch some Zzzzz.. The next morning, before we hit the road to travel to Philly (wink), we did one last mini tour in The Pitt (what I call Pittsburgh, I’m sure this is not the official nickname for the city ;) Strolling down the street we ran into a few very nice vintage shops, art stores, and cafes, where I found the muffin of my dreams and the dress of a lifetime! We went on a beautiful nature trail, full of large bodies of water, dogs : ) , trees, flowers, train tracks, graffiti art, and the energy that was still present, the night before! Going back to the bachelor pad, we grabbed our things after eating a delicious healthy breakfast prepared by two great chefs ;p and after our long hugs and last minute farewells (for now) we hit the road for our unexpected five hour ride to Philly … ; ) Pittsburgh, you made my heart smile, and I can’t wait to see you again!
